A MAN accused of assaulting a foreign national had his case remanded for service of the book of evidence.
Patrick O’Hanlon aged 40, with an address at Harolds Cross, is charged with assaulting Baykan Filibe and producing a hammer during the course of an assault at an address at Drumcairn Avenue on July 17 2009. O’Hanlon was before Judge McHughin Tallaght District Court for service of the book of evidence.
Solicitor for the DPP Karen Wilson, told the Court that the book was not ready and asked for a further remand. Judge McHugh remanded O’Hanlon on continuing bail for two weeks for service of the Book of Evidence.
