A TEENAGER accused of having no insurance has had his sentence remanded. The 17 year old with an address at Clondalkin, is accused of having no insurance and no license at Cookstown Road Tallaght on August 31st 2009.
The case was before Judge James McDonnell in Tallaght Court.. The teenager counsel asked for a short remand to take instructions. Judge McDonnell adjourned the case for 2 weeks for mention.
