A WOMAN who drove without insurance has been landed with a 1,000euro fine. Judge David McHugh also disqualified Bernadette Wade from driving for two years and one day. . Wade aged 29 with an address at Brookview Drive Tallaght was accused of having no insurance at Molly Heffernans car park on April 22, 2009.
The court heard that Wade had been stopped at 12.35am on the above date. She later failed to produce her insurance certificate at Tallaght Garda Station. Convicting Judge McHugh fined Wade €1,000 and disqualified her from driving for two years and a day.
